Merchant of Record
All payments for ESGorithm paid plans are processed by Paddle.com(“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. When you purchase a subscription, your payment agreement is with Paddle, subject to Paddle's own terms and conditions. ESGorithm is not a party to that payment transaction and does not process payments or refunds directly.
Refund Window
You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase date or renewal date. This applies to all paid subscription plans and will be honored without any exceptions or conditions..
How to Request a Refund
Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refund requests must be submitted directly to Paddle:

- Use the link in your Paddle purchase receipt email
Paddle will process your refund in accordance with their refund policy. ESGorithm does not handle refund requests and cannot process payments on Paddle's behalf.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your ESGorithm account settings or by contacting Paddle. Cancellation stops future billing. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation alone does not constitute a refund request.
